Norwegian Bay Cottage Friends & Family Information
We are gracious for all the support of our family and friends who have been a part of our lives and helped support making this a fun space for many to enjoy. We use a booking agency to book Norwegian Bay Cottage for the general public, but occasionally get requests from friends and family to book directly through us. Feel free to call us with any questions and we would love to have you stay with us!
RATES:
PRIME SEASON (Memorial Day-Labor Day): $1,750/week or $250/night for shorter gaps if available.
7-night minimum stay during Prime Season
NON-PRIME SEASON (Labor Day - Memorial Day): $200/night or $1,000/week
2-night minimum stay
Cleaning Fee applies as $125/stay in addition to the above rates and is the same regardless of length, as this is what we pay our cleaning staff for each turn-over.
FRIENDS & FAMILY BENEFITS:
Reduced rates
No Pet Fee (normally $50) We love you, and your pets.
No booking site fees (ave $50/day)
PAYMENT:
50% Deposit required at time of booking
Balance Due 30 days prior to stay
Cash/Check only at this time – we are in the process of securing a credit card payment option. Credit card payments can be taken through our booking agency, Evolve, and are subject to their pricing and policies
CANCELLATION POLICY:
100% Refundable if cancelled 30 Days in advance.
If less than 30 Days in advance – we will attempt to re-rent the property through our booking agency. If property is able to be re-rented – 100% of Payment will be refunded.
